As someone who has a dead wife, Batiuk and his whole St. Lisa thing freaks me the gently caress out. It's a really unhealthy pathology being presented as normal, especially when he shows Cayla as a doormat who's willing to take a permanent second place in Les' life. The best women are dead women, amirite!?

Any woman that doesn't lock her toddlers out in the Canadian winter snow until she hears the voice of God telling her not to let her child freeze would be better by default so I assume that he did.
