I would have thought you'd know by now after the extensive conversations we've had to have that "ground" is american for "mince(d)". Round is a cut of meat.

Round is a primal cut from the rear end end of a cattle. Chuck is the front. Since its chuck, I'm guessing they're mixing the round in to up the fat content.

we had posts about spam fries they seemed good almost was out of oil, this was the last so little oil that I had to do it in a buncha batches meaning that some were cold, so I had to refresh them in the oil, but lol otherwise they were v. good
