Well yes. We've known it was Ballas for a while, since he addresses what are presumably his peers. This is most notable in the trailer for Nekros. Those statements are not just his voice, but actually things he said about those warframes.

Favourite gun + Hush / Silence + whatever stealth frame you want Seriously you can do these with a Tigris Prime or Angstrum if you want to, although Atomos / Amprex / Ignis tend to clear out crap the quickest  I want to be able to rename my Amprex to "Emperor Palpatine"

No special mods, some Ki'Teer themed armor pieces and the Prisma Tetra and Angstrum. Prisma Skin for the Xiphos boat and some cat tails for Sentinels iirc.

Just finished Chain of Harrow. Everyone laughed at the Red "No, mom, its not just a phase" Veil but the madmen where clearly unto something important. The Foros armor set is probably my favorite. Looks good on lot of frames. I like the Pedestal Prime, it's kind of a joke, but it also looks really nice and has a purpose.

Ballas is a man who makes many, many poor decisions. Like, other villains, the threat would be 'I am powering up my doom laser!' but all Ballas has to do is be like 'I have decided on a course of action in this situation' and you know disaster is coming.

Actually Jolt and Voltaic Strike are only available from Baro and are really good. The other two mods can drop form hive missions but nobody likes hive. Scoop up all the mods and a couple of extra Jolts/Voltaic Strikes for plat to trade to pubbies.

Tried trade chat, people are apparently only selling their special beautiful patterned very rare valuable cat imprints. I just want a trash cat to dig through garbage and find me shinies.

Orvius is fun to throw around but I don't use it too often, especially because of the incredible suicide potential. Orvius is a glaive-type weapon that homes in on enemies, suspends them in the air for 6 seconds while ticking for damage over time, then explodes. But if the enemy dies early, it explodes immediately, and it often does enough damage to kill enemies on the first tick. So you have a weapon which will home in on an enemy 5 feet to your left instead of the one 30 feet away that you're aiming directly at, explode on impact, and oneshot you. But when it doesn't do that it's really fun. You can even use the special channeling attack without spending energy if you dual-wield it with a 1h secondary. She's generally useful for just about any mission and the prime version looks reasonably cool. Zarr. The grenade launcher is super satisfying and quite good. The shotgun isn't amazing, but it's still useful and fun. Honorable mention to the Arca Plasmor. Twin Rogga are my jam, although I use shotgun primaries so often that they can be a bit superfluous. I mainly swap between the Jat Kittag and Hirudo. Sending dudes into space with the Jat is the best, and the Hirudo's healing is great utility.

Valkyr is my main girl. I just like everything about how she plays, as melee is my preferred form of engagement. Primary is more than likely one of the bows. Always been a fan or archery. I have a liking for the Mutualist Cernos. Secondaries is Dual Toxocyst. Look great and I like the gimmick. Melee is a toss up between Scoliac and Hirudo.

I will always love Rhino. Mostly because he's simple, sure, but everything he does is useful and makes me feel useful. Prisma Grakata is my favorite gun, because you can build it solidly for crit and status and it feels good to shoot. Don't really like any secondaries much. I usually forget I have one. I guess I usually use the Aklex Prime because they feel like action movie magnums. I really like the Zaw Rapier I built because rapiers rock and turbo-fencing the world is fun.

if anyone likes rhino and wants to graduate to a more interesting alternative that fills a lot of the same niches then nezha is a really fun choice. also all the parts are available from the dojo, which makes them easy to build.

Also guessing Wukong has a 'won't ever die' gimmick even better than Rhino's, so picked that up too. Just one little 8200 plastid-shaped problem.
