Personally in terms of what gets submitted I'd rather a fesh be interesting and well-written than undeniably true; one of my most favorite ones all-time was the one about a guy who claimed to have seen a ghost at the site of a massacre of Native Americans. I didn't believe it for a second but reading it was fun. but also nitpicking details to determine whether a fesh is true or not is a perfectly valid form of discussion which I enjoy myself from time to time so I don't want to discourage it per se
