I will join in on what I painted in 2017, I am excited to see what other people have got done, but for me you get to see my entire hobby career since I started in february.
In rough chronological order, there are a few Tau things missing I never took pictures of but whatever:

Here's everything I painted last year, save for 10 Vespid I painted on commission and a set of Prometheum Pipes. Total is 203 models.

Chiming in with my painting progress for 2017 minus a few genestealers and a smaller chaplain.

Feels good to have handpainted the ultima on all bar 2 of my guys. Got just under 2 weeks until its been 6 months since I started the boys in blue.

Also forgive the fuckawful colour balance but its night time and the tables yellow.

Serious answer? Usual hobby procrastination issues aside, I spent most of the last couple of years looking after someone with dementia. I just didn't have the time/energy to paint more than the odd test scheme here and there.

Most of these have been posted, and some might be out of chronological order, but this should be most of what I painted in 2017. Almost all of it since 8th dropped.

Total count of about 93 infantry, 7 dreads, 9 tanks and a flyer.

And, since people always ask, this is what my photo setup looks like (at least for the stuff up there that's just on plain white with no reflection). I should have my stuff set up in a few days for the stuff on black with a reflection, and I'll try to post a picture of the setup for that.

E: ijyt that knight is one of the best models I've ever seen.
