I meant not-murder-yourself kind of cold brew. The good cold brew made with a filtron. I’ve been drinking espresso from my parents’ breville and it’s real nice

update: it makes very smooth coffee. Need to experiment with how much fluid to push through how much ground tho. I may fill it all the way up next time because filling to 2 and then 3 didn't cut it

i do this inverted style like in the above video:
heat like 300g water to 205°F
15g coarse ground seeds
50g water and start a clock
swirl it around to get all the grounds wet
at 15 seconds on the clock
add 170g water to bring it up to 220g total water
stir it a bit, put the rest of the water in your cup to preheat it
at 1m45s, dump the hot water from your cup on the stir stick to get it a bit clean
at 2m, put the filter and basket on the press, invert it on the cup, and press
stop the clock or the next time you go in the kitchen you'll notice it's at like 99m59s or something who cares

are you sure about the temp, 205 is pretty hot, by like 25 degrees
I feel like I could put a book on it or something to press, there has to be a better solution than standing there like a chud
gonna try inverted style next time
