For those that haven't played Turok 2, or haven't recently this guy is making these levels seem so god drat short. Turok 2 suffers from the levels being too god drat long to a mind-numbing degree. I got headaches replaying the PC remaster because the levels, especially the last few are SO confusing to navigate and backtracking is utter garbage in them.

The Caverns of the Blind Ones or whatever is still the absolute loving worst. Lots of overlap, so the automap was nearly useless. Plus, the run speed's slower than in Turok 1.

Don't even get me started on Lair of the Blind Ones; there's SEVERAL points in the game where you drop down and there's no way to go back. Backtracking for a key that you need? Welp, time to make it to the end of the level and go back into it so you can start it again! That's how it was on the N64 version, luckily they added the feature of warping between save points that alleviated a lot of that loving bullshit but even with the warping it's a total slog. Turok 2 is really, really ambitious especially for it's time but it's really a lovely game.
