No, for milk to be called "organic" in the US, the cows have to be fed an organic diet, that is, the farm only uses organic fertilizers and pesticides. Non-organic milk in the US is typically pasteurized with the HTST method, while organic is typically done via UHT. This is done because organic milk is more expensive, and thus doesn't sell as quickly, so markets want it to be sellable longer, but there's nothing stopping a company from selling HTST organic milk.
