She basically adopted him when I brought him home even though she's a senior ex alley cat. You think she'd be more wary of dogs.

i spent much of the next afternoon looking for that hat because cf sadbrains (sometimes hats make it easier to go outside)

then 2pm rolls around, roomba time, and lo! my hat. was on the roomba, and had been this entire time. it stole my frickin hat. and it was looking around, all googly eyed, aping innocence. like a criminal.

Today, at canonical lunchtime, I had a smoothie of protein powder buried in frozen fruit, yogurt, coffee, and charred ~~mushrooms~~ marshmallows, because I spent most of the morning doing exercise at the exercise center. Then, later, I had leftover carrot/parsnip/sliced grape(!)/herb braise-friends that originally went along with roast chicken but were now orphaned and dying to be eaten, so I ate them and liberated their tupperware.
