So I was bored and traded for the cheapest Breachstone (Esh) to run...I kinda forgot they're supposed to be rather hard since my character in that league just blocked everything (this one was also ghosted because of a prophecy) and wound up eating all my portals to no avail. Ran another map to get my Spectres back and came across a breach...it was an Esh breach...and one of them dropped an Esh's Mirror... ...gently caress you RNGesus  (I've been wanting to try a Wander too)

I mean, some combination of ghosted bosses can be literally unplayable, there is that one clip of atziri with a double flameblast that covers the whole room.

I managed to win my first lich fight in HC SSF with the insanely good bleed + sunder slayer SSF build. i'm glad i got the lich that only does physical damage, which was stressful but fun, as opposed to the chaos damage lich, which would have reduced my -20% resistance rear end to a fine bloody mist in nanoseconds

I'm thinking of running those on my BV/Lightpoacher just because I'm lazy and don't want to run OoS/PCoC. I still haven't decided between being DW 80% phys/element daggers or getting a shield.

I'm actually considering switching to crit by dropping the full Abyss setup and running this + the base crit Hatred Watcher's Eye and maybe a base crit +1 socketed active gems Shaper chest. Obviously the caveat here is that getting that set up costs way more than I have right now, but it's something I might work towards and there's nothing else I really want for my current setup that I think is worth selling a Skyforth for. Switching to non-Abyss chest certain makes me consider starting the character over again as an Inquisitor though...

The base + enchant was super expensive, and so was crafting the additional mine But it allows me to use this thing that the Elder was kind enough to give me  Got to craft the hat a bit more probably and slam it.

If you're not in my situation where the ergonomics are make-or-break then yeah don't do this.

That's all I need to do but the way GGG worded it was that you can't have anything that can run unattended. Maybe I should pay a few grand to make an auto-use Unique flask. If I had an Xbone I'd be happily playing on a controller but I'm not buying one just for this. I even programmed a bunch of profiles for controller on PC with Xpadder but it's really hard to use as you can imagine.

I've got wrists issues that make using a computer pretty painful as soon as it goes for more than 10-20 minutes, and the Steam Controller actually works pretty well for PoE. I'm doing guardians and poo poo, with builds going from nearly afk stuff like RF to more active ones like Poet's Pen, Bladeflurry, ED, flicker, etc. Maybe worth giving it a shot? Works with other games too.

What's frustrating is that they literally gave the whole game Xbox controller support, but they won't post it to the PC because they changed/removed a couple skills that didn't work with it. Honestly, they should do a thing where you can play the Xbox version on PC, have it so it only cross-plays with Xbox and not PC players, problem solved.

With AHK you could either screen scrape the health/ES globe or just read memory directly for your health value and then, yeah, trigger button presses based on it which would probably get you super banned. People definitely do it though so

I use the mouse for the passive tree and moving items around, but general gameplay, from leveling to mapping, works perfectly. There's some skills that are a bit more annoying to use with it, but at least it lets me play painfree. As for the Xbox, it's kinda dumb that they don't simply enable an option to use the xbox interface/controller . Sure, not everything works with it, but it'd be better than nothing.
