That's actually the one thing they got right in this mess. Blood drawing chairs tend to look like this: It's just harder to tell that's what's going on because NSM art.

My prediction: Pete gives his blood to Bruce. The Lizard and Hulk get into a fight. Spider-Man fails (duh) to stop them and gets injured. MJ reveals she stole a bottle of lizard serum, which is the only thing that can save him. Then there's a three-way fight between Hulk-ified Lizard, Spider-ized Hulk, and Lizard-ated Spider. The fight only takes three strips to resolve, but between various tertiary characters reacting to things and weekend and week-start recaps, it lasts all month.

I feel like this is could be the basis to a little indie game on its own.  Just get The Lizard, Hulk and Spider-man, one randomly needs blood and you have to figure out how much of the other two's bloods you need to give to make it through without creating a monster. Random elements, like JJJ or the crocodile will come from time to time. Sometimes JJJ is the nurse. So, will Hulk-Man be Hulk+extra limbs, extra power-boost, gain spider-sense and/or sticking to wall or somehow the radioactiveness will soak up the gammaness and allow Banner to be free of the Hulk?
