Hi Guy :) I try not to police subjective thread content like 'is this picture actually funny' or 'is this book actually terrible' or whatever but at this point I have definitely gathered the impression you're just posting barely valid contributions to annoy other people and used to getting away with it.

So the next time you get reported for a picture in here that, should I see the report, doesn't make me at the least crack a big grin, I'll probate you based on... well. However annoyed I am with life on that day. So good luck, I guess.

I would have preferred to discuss this with you privately ages ago but you don't have private messages so, here we are.

They could have developed the lightsaber equivalent of a shield but instead they spent all their R&D funds on developing lightsaber helicopters

personal shields are good against fast moving objects but not slower moving objects like knives and swords, probably laser swords included if a different, unrelated franchise is any indication

People have been doing it on SA for a while and nothing bad has come of it. Tumblr doesn't block hotlinking and Yahoo is a big enough corporation that they're not taking a noticeable hit from hotlinks to these dead gay forums.

I think Tumblr's okay, because it's generally a question of if the hotlink is gonna kill some poor small website with excess traffic.

I had a cat that not only learned to silence its bell, it would deliberately ring its bell when it was waiting outside a door and wanted to get a human's attention so it could come in.
