I'm a little surprised the developers didn't account for that kind of speed and anticipate someone doing that, considering that it would probably have occurred to all kinds of people once they got a axe and the stasis move. Or maybe they did but couldn't do anything about it with the engine or whatever.

When I played BOTW I played it detached because I found it super comfortable but I also wasn't doing sick speedrun tech.

The joy cons are too drat small for my hands but they have a better D Pad for certain games, than the pro controller. It's a shame.

My main problem with the joycons is that my fingers would "slip" off of the shoulder buttons during intense moments, but in general just running around and exploring poo poo it was super loving comfortable.

Detached joycons is the best way to play mario, and i liked it for botw too but the pro controller serves botw better. Detached joycons IS super comfortable though, leaning back in a chair gaming with your hands at your sides

I was thinking about it today how nice the Switch is with the sleep function, like it's a old cartridge console. Duck Season made me think of it where you just turn the power on and the game's already playing.
