The hospital I visited when I was a kid when my little brother was constantly ill was decorated with like children's toys and stuff but it never seemed to make anyone feel better.

A bunch of us decided to rewatch the first two seasons in college and were bored to tears. your problem is rewatching the first two seasons, and not the movie and tamers the first show is an ok kids show thing but it's got a lot of boring filler and it just looks kinda ugly, the movie looks loving awesome and is really well-directed and tamers is just a pretty cool weird sci-fi adventure and it has a guy who evolves into a giant biker with shotguns who also gets an arc about dealing with the guilt of murdering a person

So it was certainly shameless, but not a ripoff. The new games are definitely an SMT ripoff though
