I'm old and don't care about YouTube influencers or whatever but I do care about people being lovely assholes for no reason.  He may not have given personal info but he didn't block out her online info so people found her easily and harassed her, that's why she has a seventeen minute response.

The Campagne Restaurant in Ireland did a similar thing last year, posting a letter they got from a blogger requesting a free meal. Places like that are getting at least 1 a month now asking for a free meal/hotel stay/products from business all paid for with exposure bucks, with the implied or explicit occasionally threat of poor reviews should they not comply. Yeah he could and probably should have just ignored it, or at least made a better job of blacking out the names. She herself lists it as her business, this is not some poor innocent asking a big business for something. This is one small independent business asking another small independent business for some freebies. There are no good guys in this story, it's someone try to pay with exposure and someone else making some free publicity out of it. She'll come out of it with more followers than before, and their takings will be up. Everyone's a winner.
