She's got kind of a babyface thing, I sorta get what he means. I just don't get why it's a problem. Why compare her to Jolie in the first place, it's a reboot. Walt Goggins looking good as a straight up villain.

Vikander doesn't have a babyface at all, she's got a chiseled jawline. He's just exhibiting his own weird, uninformed assumptions about her age and phenotype. She made Tomb Raider more or less immediately after she won an Oscar (for Girl, Interrupted) so she was in a pretty similar position to Jennifer Lawrence around the time the Hunger Games movies started (unless I've misremembered when Lawrence won her Oscar). I believe Tomb Raider is still one of her "known for" roles, but to be honest I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what the last movie she was in was. The last big one that occurs to me is Maleficent and I think that one was five years ago.

I caught a little bit of the first Tomb Raider movie on TV a few months ago and it has not aged well. Not like they were spectacular works of art to begin with but everything about it suffers from "hey I hear kids these days like the Matrix, how can we make this exactly like the Matrix."
