the trick is to get a solid middle 2.1 so you don’t look like a try hard but the HR software won’t just throw your resume in the trash automatically either but also it’s a lot easier to get a 2:1 these days than it used to (or so i have been told) so depending on how old jose is he could’ve gotten a deece 2:1 if he did the degree today
