I did some research on this and the consensus is, if you run a card at 70% fan speed and leave it at 65c max at 100% gpu all the time it won't break. "Out of the 83 1080s I have had running only 15 had fan failures, so i used cpu fans with zip ties. " lol

http://www.pokerchipswholesale.com/bulk-poker-chips/monte-carlo-14-gram.html is where I got mine from, make sure you use a game/tournament calculator to figure out what amounts of chips you actually need since most pre-made sets have trash for their distributions. They also sell sample packs of chips for pretty cheap, I'd recommend doing that before making a big order

So last night I started paper trading GDAX on tradingview, starting with 100K This poo poo seems really easy, GDAX lags behind korean market movements by like 10 seconds which makes it super predictable. I think GDAX traders just sit there and stare at the depth chart or something. I was doing 10:1 margin but even without margin, that is 24% gain. Maybe I'll try my luck at the real thing..too bad no real exchanges offer margin trading. Forex sounds kind of appealing right now

I mean, you even bring up net neutrality as an example of a way to blame consumers for their stupidity or irresponsibility. That's actually a great counterargument for why you can't really blame the consumer. The overwhelming majority of Americans want net neutrality. Net neutrality is being destroyed and constantly under threat because it benefits a tiny minority who controls society undemocratically. Blaming the majority of Americans in this scenario is peculiar.
