I'm middle of the road on their music, but their live shows are supposed to be loving insane (very odd). Main singer is super anorex and does weird poo poo on stage. Not sure if it's a positive or negative.

I just saw Haley Heynderickx's first show in New York and, rear end in a top hat photographers aside, it was wonderful. Highly recommended if you're into the Julien Baker or Angel Olsen types of singer-songwriters (disclaimer: I am bad at artist comparisons). Their reformation has come across as nothing but that to most people, and now saying TMV are coming back is the exact same push to stay relevant from those ageing burnout weirdos, that's my thoughts anyway. I liked both bands a ton at one point too, so we are clear.
