Kevin used to ask people did they want to take it when they wrestled them. The misconception at the time was that Steen's package piledriver was THE dangerous Kevin Steen move but you if you actually looked at it was pretty safe - Kevin has a fat rear end and his legs would be tight around their head when piledriving them. Nigel was KO'd by a cannonball in one of their matches.

Yeah, there was that story Mick Foley told in one of his books of being on the wrong end of a jobber squash against the British Bulldogs, where he spent the match basically thinking he was going to die

Double foot stomps are one of those moves that actually hurt much more than they look like they hurt, which is like the shittiest possible thing you can say about a pro wrestling move.

This might be a weird subjective question, but what are some examples of a "canon legendary" match between wrestlers who might've had a better match together that's less celebrated? To try to explain, Flair and Steamboat claimed they had house show matches that were way better than the famed trilogy. That's probably just a tall tale, but with no video footage, we can only go on anecdotes and word of mouth (and by all accounts they were incredible, so I've little reason to doubt them). You can easily argue today that Bret/Austin at Survivor Series 96 was better than their Mania 13 submission match, and that Cena/Punk on that one Raw blew away their MITB 2011 match. The Hardyz/Dudleyz/E&C TLC match at SummerSlam 2000 also tends to get overlooked after their WM17 clusterfuck. And for a more modern example, the Shield/Wyatts rematch on Raw was probably better than their Elimination Chamber 2014 match, which was already amazing. Are there any other examples of this? Supposedly, the Savage/Steamboat house show matches leading up to Wrestlemania 3 were way better than the one on ppv

Mike Awesome vs Masato Tanaka from ONS is their worst match in the US. Their best match was from the Westchester County Center on a TV taping from December of 99 that aired on NYE. It's the one where Mike Awesome clotheslines the Spike Dudley girl and she spits out some (fake) teeth.
