Clearly teams should get to choose whatever color stones they want (this probably means making a whole lot more stones).

That�d be pretty unlikely I think, you can tweak the measuring stick to be right on a lone so you could measure less than the width of the needle

i think that happened earlier this olympiad? i forget the teams involved, but not only were the stones too similarly close to eyeball it, but they were too close to the center to break out the stick, because putting it into the hole would have required nudging them

so the officials declared it a blank end

Yeah that was in one of the mixed doubles games. Never seen it come up before.

Shuster is apparently good at curling now and I don't like it.
