I will say there was at least one moment where I thought that if the events of the manga weren't happening the main boy would be on the bus to incel-town and it's sometimes kinda prone to "boys are like this and girls are like this" but overall I think both characters have been improving themselves through their conversations and I hope they continue to be friends and possibly date! e: to clarify, he acts like a poo poo then is baffled when people (girls) are mad at him about it and had a rant that was kinda  at one point because of it

I find it refreshing that Aizawa won't back down whenever Azuma espouses some disagreeable opinion even though she's over the moon for him; she wants him to accept her love but only on her terms. They're both narrow-minded in some ways because they're still a couple of stupid teenagers but their earnest interactions with the opposite sex are gradually expanding their worldviews. The patter is what makes this series, especially when the cast expands.

I dropped it because they aren't the main couple. I usually find side characters more interesting in stuff like this. One of the reasons Ore Monogatari was cool for the first few volumes.

new Hatsukoi Zombie hatsukoi zombie, previous chapter spoiler: dun dun dunnnnnnn hatsukoi zombie, current chapter spoiler: nnnnnnnud nud nud status quo hell!!!!!!! not really, actually kind of an interesting turn, refusing to face the truth because it would mean essentially killing Eve, and she nearly disappeared twice now. Even if she's intangible, she's got her own "soul" now kind of like tarou's grandpa's FLZ, so both tarou and ibusuki are denying their feelings for her sake rather than their own. A fairly unique way to go about it due to the premise. ...plus it delays the inevitable Ebino letdown

This week’s Kaguya is another fun chapter which kind of returns the manga to its roots. And I doubt it’s the case but I’m hoping for Iino being a complete tsundere and voting simultaneously to hate Ishigami and being in love (with Ishigami).
