See I much prefer their Sideswipe, because I can just pretend that he stole the Predacon's bull alt mode. And we need more bull robots. I just cannot get into an Optimus Primal who is 100% robot in both modes. Half of the fun of Primal is that he has a (trying really hard) realistic animal mode.

Bull Sideswipe is the kind of thing I want more 3rd parties doing, instead 6 companies making the same characters. Or if they want to remake figures, remake the ones that were terrible like Beast Machines Silverbolt. Actually, Beast Wars Silverbolt needs an update too, like wings that actually folds up on his back.

Yeah, it's a pretty cool idea, surprised there's any push back against it. I especially like how the bot mode is the roughly the same outline but the alt mode is so radically different. Can I get an Overdrive that turns into a stallion next please?

I tried combiner mode once, and I'm never doing that again because getting her bigger head back into the torso is an absolute pain. Jet mode is of the Silverbolt 'robot lying on its tummy with a plane backpack' thing. Her hands are still very visible. and the head just doesn't really fit flushly into the space on mine, so it's always at an angle. Oh, and again with the daft foil stickers. I feel like Hasbro hasn't been hitting it all that well lately. Nothing in PotP is wowing me so far. I'll bring her along when we catch up this week?

I have her in torso mode now with a few CW limbs, it's not bad, but mine's hips are not ratcheted well enough to do anything but stand straight up.
