still think there's just barely not enough runway for saccone, but not really sure. there apparently may be absentee votes still outstanding, if so i *think* based on other specials those will be a good source of additional dem votes. pa is mostly election day voting so it wouldn't be a huge number of votes, but enough to tip this thing
