I sometimes don't think the team plays hard for him so much as for each other though. Edit: Like, that's from an outsider's perspective. Although he projects a good image and says the things good coaches say, his gameplans suck, his adjustment suck, and at least at the NBA/G-League/Literally Any Level With Adults he drove his players crazy after roughly a year of dealing with him. All the while while constantly winning coaching awards. I guess it could be different maybe at the college level or maybe he's changed but this is my experience with him.
