Also you'll be flooded with good archers, especially since 3 stars Archers in general are all really good.

Yeah, the other thing is there are no real stand-out Assassins that aren't gold, while Archers and Lancers both have a number of excellent ones at lower rarity. For Assassins there's really only Carmilla at 4* and Jack at 5* in terms of actual good (and available) Assassins. Everything at lower rarity is generally just usable at best, Stheno's gimmicky but generally bad, Shiki's an event servant from an event that won't be rerun for ~2 years, and MHX is a limited 5* that won't be realistically back for even longer (and mediocre). There will finally be some more non-locked gold Assassins coming soonish - Emiya (Alter) at 4*, and Shuten Douji at 5* - but that's for the future.

The Ruler class Jeanne d'Arc I have in my All Support Slot can basically solo the 40AP Ember Gathering. It'll be a slow battle of attrition, but its a good way to get Gold XP embers for your servants and level your master level rapidly. As a bonus, since she doesn't need a CE to be able to solo 40AP Embers, I put a CE on her that will increase the amount of friend points you get, so you can roll the Friend Gatcha more often and start filling out your roster. Good Bronze/Silver servants to look out for early on: Saber: Caesar is a useful Saber when you lack gold sabers, decent combat power and his skills support his party well. Archer: Any of them really, if you're only gonna level one silver Archer David is possibly the best overall in utility. Archer is a blessed class and has no bad servants. Lancer: Fate Stay Night Cu Chullain (the one that stars with a red spear) is great Caster: Andersen is an Amazing budget Support caster. Medea is a pretty good offensive caster once you can skill up her NP charge skill to level 4 for a first turn NP. Assassin: You've got Carmilla, so you're well covered here, but Cursed Arm Hassan is potentially useful. Rider: Ushiwakamaru is a good silver/3-star Rider, her skills support her party decently, and once she gets some NP levels her single-target Noble Phantasm hits surprisingly hard. Georgios is potentially pretty useful as a tank. Berserker: You've got Vlad so you've got a great Berserker, but Lu Bu and Kiyohime are potentially useful Berserkers. Also its fine to concentrate on other servants, but don't neglect Mas. As you progress through the story she gets stronger and stronger. I did a count on gender servants since I was curious on the divide and there are 83 male servants and 108 female servants, the male side counting Orion while the female side does not and I didn't count the other mecha eli in my count Astolfo, D'eon, and Enkidu are all genderless except for some game purposes where they count as both, but they are not in my count also did you know it's been 8 months since we had a 5* male servant Captain Baal fucked around with this message at 07:11 on Mar 19, 2018 |

I would say if you gave him a passive that was chance to charm female units once per turn it would be too good, but not only does Diarmuid suck they would prob give it some astronomically low chance of hitting.
