That segment was a great watch, who ended up winning?video replays itself 3/4 through :/ My vote was for John the Stutterer, he was amazing. Fred was wrong about "you rushed it", when John is yelling and swearing at people his stutter diminishes significantly, which the imitator dude picked up on, I thought. What's that Rachel chick up to? She was talented with great improv.

Sal and Richard I think get credit as such but that's not their main focus and Fred's days as a truly contributing writer have probably been gone for 20 years and the show has never really needed more than one anyway. He had Jackie then he had Benjy and there's never really been need for more.

Robin Radzinski was an Executive Producer on the show for a long time before they made the jump to Sirius and helped to produce a lot of the E! show bits. Howard always spoke highly of her and gave Tom poo poo for not being more like her. The show barely had any full-time staff for years, with the bulk of the work being done by interns, so I don't think there was a concerted effort to keep it a boys club (save for Robin Q) they literally just wouldn't pay people to work there. Even the guys who did work there (Stuttering John, KC) barely made enough to live in NYC.
