Slot changes could be... a problem if they're thinking of.moving the current shotguns and fusions or whatever into the energy slot. Good luck balancing acrius in the current environment.

It would probably be a decent compromise on fixed v. random rolls to make the gun good but also a blank slate to make even better with good mods so you can still get that good gun as a baseline but you can get RNG mods to make it even better and have those "emotional moments" or whatever. There's a lot you could do with that rather than just Masterworks making you shoot effectively slightly further. "Oh sweet I got the SIVA Particle Disruptor mod and now my AR has the SIVA splash damage effect!" and so on.

Well at least the PvP map change they are making is good. Ive been saying it for 4 years but they finally did it. All maps for everyone so you dont spilt the player base. Done.

Its a legit good change. All games should do this. Never make people pay for maps. Because its a loving map. And it splits your player base. Which makes your game die. And then people don't play and wont spend money.
