My Boston terrier Oscar does this every morning about 20 minutes before my alarm goes off. I used to think it was because hes a little jerk who only thinks of himself but then I got over myself and realised he knows I'm going to work and wants to be close to me before I go out for the day.

My cat, who is also a fierce ~~screamer~~ talker himself, instantly started to compete with this one. He comments basically every thing he does, much to the enjoyement of my pals on vocal during videogames sessions. But I think this guy wins the cup of annoyance.
