David starr had an awful match with Fred Yehi in PWG, both guys looked terrible. His match with Quackenbush at JJSB 2 was OK I don't see where the hype is coming from

I've been watching Starr regularly for a few years now and he's definitely improved. When I started watching, he'd just run a list of moves and it was whatever. Now he's got them trimmed down to a sweet spot where if you let him run the table, it looks good that but there's plenty of chances to cut him off and punish him. His poo poo looked competitive and contextual. The german suplex at the end was a wonderful last ditch attempt and that floatover into a sleeper was slick as hell. I think its hard for Starr to get over with some people because he's not 100% babyface in all the places he works. His heelwork is obnoxious exceptionalism bullshit so when he flips to babyface mode it leaves a lot of cognitive dissonance. Dude went from having a verbal pissing match over opportunities in Beyond to "gee it'd be swell to wrestle Quack" in like the span of a week with no real prompting.

Walter is coming to OTT, generally we seem to be one of the stops on the 'He's going to NXT soon' run. I think we had Chris Hero, Tommy End, Kyle O'Reilly, Ricochet, Big Damo, and a few others do a show or two in OTT before heading off. Still, at least Walter is coming.
