His current editor is competent AND Nozaki gladly listens to his suggestions. Helped by the fact that he has experienced what a bad editor can do to your manga so he doesn't want to lose the only good editor he knows.

The expectations for manga are really low. Think about how bad Bleach and Naruto got for years at the end. They were still in the top 5 highest quality titles in a magazine that has, what, 15 plus series?

I always like the small bits in this manga where like even the most minor of minor characters are shown to be just as goofy as the main cast. Also I hope the three girl's in the group stick around. Just in the same capacity they are being used right now.
