Yesterday, Cohen's attorneys were compelled by a Federal Judge to release the names of his clients in an on-going investigation (the investigation, in an of itself, is also a huge deal), and one of those names was Sean Hannity. Hannity had been talking on Fox News about the raid on Cohen's office a lot on his show- ostensibly without telling his audience & employer that Cohen was his attorney as well- which looks like a huge conflict of interest, and makes you look particularly not credible in a way that might actually hurt Fox News. There are a lot of details that are not publicly available at this point, and more questions to be answered. What is Cohen under investigation for exactly? What did Cohen represent Hannity for? How does this all fit together? So in a way it is early days yet, and a lot of the information is conjecture. That said, this might be the beginnings of a RICO case.
