What kind of news did he get while locked up? Did he get any? Did he hear about Trump being our president? I'm trying to imagine the shell shock of him seeing Trump, coming home to his family ripped apart over politics, Roseanne being back on the air and totally confused with the original character, etc etc. It would be like waking up to a whole new reality. A terrible reality where things are just so insane the world can't be right anymore. Imagine all of that, and then having been locked up for two years in a North Korean prison.
