if i hadn't heard that the logh novel TLs are kinda spotty, i might've gone that route because the anime isn't much to look at outside of space battles, just due to the nature of the story/extended production process

I've been seeing the term "seasonal anime" thrown around and I don't really understand it. Isn't all anime seasonal? EDIT: Unless it's like an OVA or something like that.
