Not only do I get a fresh MH that won't disappoint me on switch, I'll also have yet another brand new experience to sink my teeth into once ive gotten my fill of XX I really enjoyed MH3 and 4 on 3ds so MHXX is gonna feel like a straight up upgrade to me. Games are good yo

Found a decent game play video of Immortal Redneck on the Switch - though the language ain't english. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9d5tPlOyeU The graphics definitely have taken a step back - compare the FOV with the health bar icon on the bottom of the screen. I understand some concessions needed to be made, but that's something that might bother some people. The 30 FPS lock doesn't look too bad. Didn't see much slowdown when the screen was busy. The loading times between levels also seemed pretty long (25 seconds) compared to PC. Game play-wise, there's some levels where the platforming is a bit of a chore - so know that going in. There's one that's a bit worse than this one, but here's an example: https://youtu.be/O9d5tPlOyeU?t=4172 Might still pick it up, as it's a fun game, and loved it on the PC,.

immortal redneck is super fun. the frame rate seems to stay at a stable 30 but it is worth noting the resolution takes a pretty big drop in handheld mode -- if Xenoblade's blurry/vaseline covered look bothered you this is gonna be even worse lol. It plays great though and adjusting aim with gyro works nicely

It always bemused me how many people are offout by the poop aesthetic of Isaac. Like yeah I get that it's not your cup of tea, but there is a super good game if you can get past it.

Yup I hate Rogue Legacy and the boring +1% crit chance upgrades but there's enough interesting stuff mixed into the skill tree to make it ok. Also I like how it's a literal 3D tree that grows out of the ground as you level stuff up

I really enjoyed it. I hadn't played Skyrim since around release and at that not a bunch, but I got huge into it around release on Switch and put a bunch of hours into it. The portability is very nice.
