And so, one of the earliest forms of American fusion cooking was born.

When I was in America I had no problem finding actual mozzarella in the Supermarket but it was for some reason six times as expensive as in Germany, where mozzarella is the cheapest cheese you can buy (which makes sense since it’s the quickest to make).
