Other than lacking a giant yellow emblem on his chest (how did DC let that one go through) the design predates Black Panther - the visual similarity is almost certainly just because it's drawn by Rich Buckler.

That was indeed Moonstone but she was using the Ms Marvel name.

I've heard there is a font specifically made for comics but I can't quite recall its name right now :v:

(I think Rockwell might be a good fit)
