google linked me to someone's personal web1.0 site with a photoshop plugin that is probably going to automatically convert all my files into goatse but it was able to open the file so i could resave it as a jpeg. you know, that file format that has worked perfectly fine for the last, i dunno, 30+ years

my employer just dropped columbus day for mlk day. my friend who works for the state gets confederate heroes day off on years where it doesn't also fall on mlk day, on yerars where they are the same day (this is, by design, most years) he gets only one day off.
