Dumb question: What's the ideal settings in OBS to get a nice crisp, clear picture when streaming on Twitch. I have my OBS settings set up with a bitrate of 3500, and the CPU Usage Preset is set to 'Very Fast'. It seems like I can stream 720p60 pretty reliably, but the stream still looks muddy and compressed. Do I need to set a slower CPU Usage Preset (I could set it slower, but I think that it begins to affect game performance, depending on what game it is), or is just that you're shut out of that quality if you're not an affiliate or whatever?
