He can totally mystic kung-fu his way out of trouble. He dumped a load of momentum into Spidey, now he can drag/bounce/slide down the rest. The building might get damaged in the process, but they're all used to that.

if you regularly climb tall buildings from the outside, that's probably something you'd want to keep in mind. this makes the strip all the more surprising, since peter doesn't regularly climb tall buildings and has no mind.
