If travelling to Edinburgh is arduous for Ayr based fans, they're pretty much poo poo out of luck for any travel because it's literally a case of getting to the motorway and going in a straight line until you hit Edinburgh. I'd suggest that travelling to support a team might not be for them. Glasgow also sent more fans to Saracens then Edinburgh have turning up to their home games so "home advantage" at Murrayfield just isn't a thing during the 1872 cup for Edinburgh.

:wtc: of course Edinburgh have home advantage playing at home. If nothing else Scotstoun has an artificial pitch. Thats even before the differences of having a packed crowd and atmosphere versus a cavernous mostly empty Murrayfield.

You also ignore that season ticket prices have not been adjusted to compensate for the loss of a home game. Or that this decision is in direct violation of a promise made at the start of this season when the number of home games was first reduced that it would be balanced out the next season.

As if Munster fans wouldn't complain if a home game against Leinster were to be moved to the RDS, or Aviva.

The two normal legs should probably be played in Glasgow but the SRU are not smart. The last 20 years of fiscal idiocy has taught us all this.

The sodium levels of Glasgow fans brings joy to my cold, dead heart.

So you admit that GW fans are essentially right but you are just being an arse out of spite. Fair enough.

When Glasgow players like Hogg are saying it's basically like playing at home so there isn't an advantage for them to overcome, I'll take their word for it but you do you.

If Munster fans get done out of a home game and then create a petition, I'll laugh at them too if that'll make you happier?

I've never said they were wrong to be upset at missing a home game, I'm just laughing at the dummy spitting, conspiracy theories, whinging about travel distances, and childish footstamping that some of them are doing by saying they'll boycott all the matches and stop going to Scotland games because of it.

Fronted up and stopped the Irish kick-chase pretty well.

Who'd have thought that James Ryan would suffer his first professional defeat against the Wallabies though?

Apparently amazon made a season of all or nothing about the ABs, they've done it for a bunch of NFL teams and it's basically a season long insider docu about a team. Excited to watch it.

To be fair to him, that's what the rule book says. They still have that "depending on how the player lands thing", which is bizarre.

That's true. Sadly the rest of the game will probably be one sided, though.

Yeah it was a really soft red, whilst being probably technically correct its pretty much ruined the rest of the match, which is just a friendly really.

They need to add more intent to the current rules because there's no way Fall intend to do that.

Funny how it's suddenly a problematic law when it happens to result in someone playing the All Blacks getting sent off.

If you're going to challenge players in the air you have a responsibility to be aware of what's going on so that you don't paralyze someone. Seems fair to me.

This is the most French performance ever. Last week absolutely pumped after a yellow card. This week, with 14 men for 66 minutes, hold the ABs to 26 points and have two very near tries (rightfully) disallowed.

 Do France win this game if they hadn't bungled those tries?
