Not to mention that "Felicia actually lived" doesn't make standing by while she's thrown into a death trap any less despicable.

It's more interesting to me to have someone wronged by Allison to stick around as a constant reminder of her gently caress up to make amends to. Allison and Cio are already coming to terms with using each other and patching things up. Felicia was innocent and got screwed over due to Allison.
