"I AM HAPPY TO WORK FOR ___INSERT EMPLOYER NAME HERE___ THANK YOU FOR THIS HONOR ___INSERT NAME OF HR LADY HERE___" Although he's probably being smart and not naming his company, but i called it ages ago when I said he was an engineer or architect or something. Book smart but stupid everywhere else, loads of income and nothing but animu's and space ships to spend it on

Welp, glad I'm running Goodyear & Firestone tires... In other news & notes, I'm thinking of picking up Arma 3 during the steam sale. I have picked up the Nevada map for DCS. I'm thinking of picking up the F-5 or Mirage, but really the budget isn't there at the moment. Plus I'd much rather wait and get the F-15E Razbam announced this week and the F-4 when it becomes available.

Don’t know if this is relevant enough to this thread, but Illfonic are embroiled in a new controversy over a crowdfunded game turned into a clusterfuck on multiple levels. They were the devs for the Friday the 13th game that was produced by Adam Sessler, and boy, what a story that has been. They did deliver the game, but it was a technical mess. Then, they announced that paid DLC was coming before any significant fixes, every patch broke more things than it fixed, and the only dates they ever met were the DLC release dates. Then there was a lawsuit filed by the uncredited original writer of the first movie. Basically, the guy never got any royalties, and never wanted there to be any sequels. He sued for royalties owed and has been shutting down any and all merchant that he can, as he now owns the Friday the 13th IP. Illfonic had apparently finished a new playable version of Jason from Jason X, and could have released him before the judgement on the lawsuit, which did have any injunctions or restraints on licensing before the verdict. They also missed a promised date for a patch, and now they say they can’t even patch the game due to the results of the lawsuit, even though a mobile Friday the 13th puzzle game’s producers have said they don’t have to stop patching their game under the judgement. Kind of funny how nobody involved in Star Citizen comes out of anything clean, huh?

I thought it was goddamn impossible until I found out there was a mouse bug that exclusively hosed me over in the hacking minigame! And combat's fine if you go stealth + pistols, everything dies. When you finish, look up a guide and boggle at the number of random potential options and weird little things you missed.

Is there a definitive EVE wiki? I keep looking for the place to just look up pretty pictures of ships, or the events of player wars, or lore (which i KNOW doesn't matter and nobody cares about, but from what little I've seen it's very good mild-flavored window-dressing lore)

I only use wired 360 controllers exactly to avoid this. I'll be damned if a wonky signal or dying battery fucks up my playing. Wireless controllers have always struck me as overrated, anyways; only ones I use are the ones that came with my consoles.

Even more so than Full Burn, there was a music video on YT of a Star Citizen "fight song" that still makes me smile when I think about it. It was a rap, and the refrain was "SAY WHAT MOTHERFUCKAAA" but sadly it looks like it was taken down, likely by its creators. It was really loving bad. Just a reminder to archive everything that makes you lol because one day all you'll have is your memories
