You Only Live 2wice wasn't that much longer (technically had less tracks, even!) but had a lot more variety and was one of my favourites from last year straight from the start. Really liking the new Death Grips though, as I was expecting to. Here's hoping I get to catch them live again some day, because they owned owned owned the first time (last year). Excited to listen to this Westside Gunn project too.

finally got around to listening to new gibbs. freddie kills the raps as per usual, but i'm with others here and of the opinion that the production sounds incredibly same-y. it's like 10 attempts at getting one song right and never quite getting there. it's extra frustrating because i genuinely like all of it. what a weird but ultimately disappointing project.

It's incredibly similar in the ways that matter, I'm just wondering when Gambino or his producer would've heard it, as apparently it only had 500ish views before someone noticed the parallels. If that can be pieced together, that's everything.
