I'm also loving offended by this intense whiteboy distilling of the colossal shitstorm coming at us from all directions to "Well, Florida will flood, good. New York just gonna get A Wall to keep the mermaids out."
There's so much loving bad going on, just to skim a few;
- what looks like very possible absolute and global collapse of the ocean ecosystem (guess where the actual bulk of our oxygen comes from; hint, it's not trees and Siberian forestry won't loving save us) due to acidification
- topsoil erosion and the fact that any and all of the topsoil we gonna "gain" through north territories and south pole thawing will be loving worthless fertility wise, not to mention the light conditions mean good loving luck getting half a decent crop a year
- extinction of species in all the ecosystems mean larger and larger vulnerability to whatever climate shift might happen wherever; species variety is necessary for stability; even some niche predator can suddenly turn out to be critically missing when some random piece of poo poo overpopulates and kills off three other species it competes with and yadda yadda, you're suddenly on ever more desert and you didn't even have to overfarm it
- food becomes the less nutritious the higher CO2 concentration it grows in, which's not only a problem for bees and us, but is also going to contribute to further collapse of the ecosystems

and as for pushing the "extinction is actually feasible" angle through things that might not be specifically related to the ecology of it, but will be very relevant in context of it;
- we're facing a massive, MASSIVE issue antibiotics wise with the background of rapidly weakening immune system capability, particularly among the glorious 1% that's meant to survive all this. This is particularly going to be a problem if we end up going with the muskfan idea of vertical megacities. It's also further gonna gently caress with our ability to superfarm in hydroponics and whatnot, as we're ending up with fewer and fewer reliable pesticides and whatnot. Our best chance seems to be bacteriophages but that's some serious music of the future.
- the global political climate is more ready for a loving world war than it's been ever since soviet union collapse, maybe even more than for good time before that too
- once the 50%, 90% or 95% realizes they're going to die off, a considerable share of them will do everything in their power to make sure the next guy above the cutoff line will be below the cutoff line as loving well. This can go pretty far.

pretty sure a systemic collapse would be utterly devastating to humanity and whatever "system" arises from its ashes may have class but will also be functionally unrecognizable so as to make comparison fruitless.

i was gonna go on to paint a picture of failing mega farms being guarded by armed men as the masses die off from starvation, desperately seeking a plot of arable land to subsistence farm off of. or question how things like petro-fuels can even exist in a much less complex, collapsed world. how there simply is no manual farming equipment around anymore so all the infrastructure we have is completely useless without our fully functioning complex systems in place to support it. and that's all without nuclear devastation.

anyway, collapse would be bad.
