Up north you've got starving polar bears so definitely keep kitty indoors if you're living the tundra life.

There's someone in my neighborhood all worked up about fireworks scaring her dogs she's putting up flyers and trying to get a police car to cruise our neighborhood all evening arresting anyone with blackcats. I hope they piss on her carpet.

My mom gets worked up about it, but one of her dogs has some pretty bad trauma and freaks out. She handles it by getting him a pheromone collar, giving him some pain pills, and sitting cussing about the idiots firing off fireworks.

My neighborhood has a Facebook page and this one woman keeps posting an image macro two dogs in red, white and blue with text that says something like "The only thing we want popping on July 4th is popcorn". I like dogs, but I hope her dogs poo poo on her floor tonight.
