Research into the importance of the first 2-3 of years of life and how it's a really crucial and unique stage of development. Kids need meaningful one-on-one interaction and putting them five hours a day into what is basically a foreign language environment right in the middle of that developmental stage is hosed up. Oh and it's fully compulsory, not semi.
