This led to him believing things like "we need to counter fox news with... civility". His life story / character arc is literally all you need to know about the failures of Democratic politics and why Trump was able to get as far as he did. This episode discussed it with detail and passion and ruled for it. ven felix managed not to suck too much

I listened to the last Pod Save America (I have a much larger appetite for political podcasts than exist leftist podcasts). They've fully bent the knee. They talked about how good Medicare for All is, how Abolish ICE is the right way to go and then how we might need to pack the court. One of the benefits of your enemies being bloodless ghouls who believe in nothing is that they can be easily bullied into your corner.

I am also a shameful PSA listener, but their main thing was having sizzling white house insider insights, which can be cool despite how you feel about the actual opinions. But now they're like 2 years out from the WH which doesn't resemble its former self in any way, so all they gots left is lukewarm takes. They still have the pull to get good guests tho, so i always at least see whos on. Also why tf is Dershowitz going to hard on this, is it all just supporting the most pro-israel admin or is he actually broken?

I remember being surprised that they invited Felix of all Chapos on to Lovett or Leave it, and then being pretty incredulous that they cravenly cut most of his riffs from the recorded podcast version of the show - like 5 min of Felix talking in an hour long episode. Why even have him on? It's not like Felix was an unknown quantity or anything. Is there even an unedited version of that show floating around somewhere?
