My cats are pretty chill, idk. The angriest I've seen them is when one of them tried to steal the other's catnip, which is definitely reason to get mad.

Is there a lantern corps that complains about not having enough food? Because they'd be that.

I think it is more cats' general potential for rage that makes "Red Lantern cat" such a genius idea.

And on the subject of Lantern colors, I read the other day that there is now an Ultraviolet that's powered by shame? Pretty sure that'd make 90% of humanity.

Dogs need to take responsibility for their actions and stop blaming their owners. If you can't criticize a dog for it being lovely then you can't praise it for being good either.

I’m going to call anything that arbitrarily inflicts violence and is then defended constantly about how it’s actually the victim’s fault they got hurt and if they only acted correctly they would have been fine a cop. That’s the definition I’m working on.

Cats actually have a keen sense of loyalty when people they like/recognize are in poor health. After my dad's first serious heart attack, our english tabby Willow would follow him upstairs and sort of keep him company/keep watch over him. It was really sweet.

Made sweeter by the fact that she was not the friendliest cat to begin with for health reasons of her own, but she was like a support animal during that period.

Also, unrelated but you know how when cats get especially startled or upset, their tail poofs up? When hers did, she looked like a raccoon, since she was a bit of chubby kitty and she had similar markings to a raccoon to begin with.
