That maneck is an idiot who can't say that terminators shouldn't be in kill team because they aren't even good in 40k. Fluff is the only thing we have to base things off for kill team, and terminators are extremely good in the fluff.

I can't find it in text so I don't have the exact phrasing, but it was along the lines of "if you've played 8th, Killteam will be familiar". Did they reverse and say it would be wholly different now?

Either way, seems like a missed opportunity to make Terminators (more) playable.

They said familiar but unique, In a lot of ways all of GW's systems are familiar and unique compared to one another, so it's not a lot of information.

We already have info about totally different from 8th stuff like injury and specialist talent trees so don't expect it to just be 40k jr.

I'd bet their leaving out anything that gets either a 2+ save and limiting the units that get invul. saves.

Found what I was talking about. It was Uncle Atom of Tabletop Minions, who says that while GW says that Kill Team isn't the 8th rules - actually it kind of is.

That's his interpretation of the same article everyone else is going off of. We'll find out in two weeks.

Table Top Minions runs a miniatures focused You Tube Channel. Great productions values (usually) and often helpful content: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=channel?UC2CKTY1TXQ4YQ3AHvyCgtbQ

That particular video has 36k views in 6 days. Not really random. Also not gospel.

I can't stand that guy, I've seen a few of his videos and it just seems like he gets stoned and starts free associating about whatever the topic is. I'm not sure why he would be considered an authority on anything.

When do we hear the results of the threatened retaliation? Surely it is past the 3 day window he offered our boys, in His Mercy.
